Delivery the night before of your choice of rental (home, gîtes, hotel or Airbnb)

Delivery in the North and North-East of the island included in the rental price. Municipalities/Towns concerned: Saint Denis - Sainte-Marie - Sainte-Suzanne - Saint-André.

For other areas of the island, additional delivery costs

For each rental, payments will be made upon delivery (Transfer, Credit Card, Cash) as well as a deposit of 800 euros per bike rented (TPE Bank Imprint, checks.)

For any long-term rental, Mobility E-Bike undertakes to follow up with the customer in the event of problems with the bike, at home or at the point of travel, invoiced at à la carte rates (see Maintenance and Repair page) for any intervention.
